Duplicate personal folders

I am using Outlook 2003. I recently noticed that I have two personal folders
in my folders list containing exactly the same sub-folders

How con I get rid of the duplicate
 
There are countless posts in this group that address this exhaustively
documented issue. Feel free to read any of them.
 
I am using OE to check newsgroup. I just did a search for "personal folder"
and "duplicate". The search results only showed 2 item mine and the
response by Russ Valentine suggesting that there are countless posts????
