Go to RegEdit, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\Outlook
These are the keys you should have (13keys), remove all others, (make sure you back up the Reg file first)

I have 3 copies of Personal Folders, but could not apply your solution,
because my registry did not contain the following keys:
