Duplicate OLEs

I have Access 2000 Professional. I need to hide duplicate pictures. I can find the hide duplicates property for text fields but there doesn't seem to be that option for pictures. I have the fields sorted by building name. There are several records with the same building name but I only want the picture to show up on the first one.
