Somehow I ended up with a second personal folder in my Outlook '03. They
are exact clones with all the folders and emails. A copy of new emails go
to the Inbox of each copy. I assume I did this (unintentionally of course)
but regardless, I'm looking for help in getting rid of one or the other.
Any attempt at deleting is a waste of time as the Delete Folder is not
available when I right click on the Personal Folders icon.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Usually means you migrated Outlook Data to this profile incorrectly and
corrupted it. Create a new profile. Migrate your Outlook data correctly.
There are countless posts here already that tell you how to do that. So do
the Help files. If you can't figure it out, post what you don't understand
so we can answer a specific question.

Thanks Russ.

I fixed this by going to Ctrl Panels/Mail/Data Files and deleting one of the
outlook.pst files in the list.

I then re-opened Outlook and there was only one Personal Folders listing.

A quick and proper fix.

Thanks!
