Hi people,
I recently messed up the installation of Outlook 2003 (I think). I
copied old .pst files from Office XP to the new installation and had
duplicate folders.
I created a new folder 'My Folders', but cannot delete the old one
'Personal Folders'. When I try, I get the message "The operation
failed. An object could not be found". Only the new folders are listed
in the Data File Management dialog.
Is there a way I can start from scratch without reinstalling
Outlook/Office? Or is there a better way to do this?
Thanks in advance
