Duplicate Folders in Outlook 2003

I installed Office 2003 and now I have 3 duplicate sets of folders on my
menus, including contacts, mail, calendar etc. If I delete one, all of them
are deleted so they must somehow be linked. I have even tried to substitute
the files in documents and settings with those from my wife's computer but
even then they show up in triplicate, but with her information.
Re-installing Outlook did not work either. Any help appreciated.

Recreate your mail profile;
Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles...
