Duplicate files

I have two harddrives. One is partitioed and I use for programmes and
storage. The otehr I use for video and photo editing.
Somehow I have several folders which have duplicated themselves across from
one harddrive to another.
Is there an utility which I can use to find duplicate folders/files in order
to remove them??

Iolo's System Mechanic has a duplicate files finder. Be careful of deleting
duplicates, some of them are necessary.
