duplicate file index in windows media player

duplicate song index's in Windows Media Player

I deleted all the duplicate songs in my music folder with Duplicate
Cleaner from Cnet-download.com, worked great. Removed 168MB of duplicate
files.

Then I went to my Windows Media player and cried! It would take a hour
to delete all the duplicate index's there!

Any body know a way to remove all the duplicates fast or even a way to
remove all of them? If I can remove all of them that's good too.
