My boss's secretary is logged into the network as herself and into her own
Outlook. When she sends a schedule appointment to the group called Staff
email he receives the appointment twice. One will allow him to accept the
other says as the meeting organizer he doesn't have to accept. She is not
sending it out as him and it shows that it came from her. He is is not
listed the group Staff email twice and no one's email is being forwarded to
him. We use Windows SErver 2003, Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. All the
computers use Windows XP Pro.

HELP!!

Thanks,
George

We had something similar to that where one of my Staff listed me as a
delegate. I would get all of his meeting acceptances, saying that he was
responding on behalf of me. I couldn't respond to the "on behalf of" one.
Have you checked in the delegates tabbie on both Outlooks?

I am not sure where that is in Outlook. I have checked it on the Exchange
server and she does not have the right to send emails as him. Where is the
delegates tab?

Thanks,
George
