Hello Everyone
I am new to this. I am a help desk operator for a I.T/networking company and
1 of our clients is having problem with his outlook where he is getting
duplicate emails. Other users within his organization are not having any
problems. So I believe there is something wrong with his outlook and/or pc.
This problem has happened before and our senior engineer did a windows
update which fixed it but it has returned to haunt us, any help on this would
be great. I just dont know where to go from here.
Would he need to reinstall outlook?
