Check your Outbox to make sure you do not have a stuck message that is
causing you to "Resend" everything everytime. If it has anythign in it,
remove it. If it can not be remvoed, you may need to repair or replace
your PST file. IF this is on an Exchange server, speak to your Admin about
recovering your mailbox from a damaged outbox folder.
