I am receiving duplicate e-mails 30% of the time that I receive a message and from various senders, so there is no particular pattern. I called the ISP who said it is an Outlook problem, and I called Microsoft who said it is an ISP problem. Therefore, I am getting no solutions. We have 3 computers with this e-mail account but only one person is receiving the duplicate e-mails. Do you know of any solution to this problem that is quick and easy?
