Duplicate e-mail messages could occur becasue there is a
corrupt message sitting on your server. IF you have
access to your mail via the web, log into your account and
clear the e-mails from there. This should help
It is most likley being caused by the antivirus email scanning. it is a very
common issue.
try disabling this feature and run it for a bit and see if the issue goes
away
And to add what others have said, it could also be two POP accounts pulling
from the same server. You didn't give enough information to be definitive.
