Duplicate default folders

Hi,

I've updated my clients outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003 with
Exchange server 5.5. Afterwards some users got duplicate
default folders like Contacts1, Calendar1, Drafts1,
Notes1 and so on. I can't delete or rename these new
folders? Any ideas?

You need to create a new mail profile.
