While searching for a contact in the outlook search box or the To: button looking for a recipient I get duplicate names for all the contacts. Is there a way to eliminate the duplicate?
If a contact has more than one email address or fax number, you'll see them
all in the address book. The only way to avoid that is to remove the data
from the contact record.
