duplicate contacts in the address book, how to remove?

Outlook 2003. When I go to send an email, and click the TO: the
adress menu comes up and in the box where it says: "show names from
the" I have duplicate contact folder and duplicate other address
books. How do you delete those in error? I have multiple address
books/folders.

What if you got to the address book (CTRL+SHIFT+B from the Inbox) then
Tools | Options. Do you get the chance to remove duplicates?
