DUPLICATE CONTACT LISTS

I currently show two different contact folders. One is empty...and the other
has all my regular contacts in it. When sending a new e-mail message and
clicking on the "to" button...it gives a message that my contact list has
been moved or deleted, but then another window pops up that allows me to
select a "second" contact list, which is the correct one. How do I get the
correct contact list to be my default list?

In OL2003, go to the Tools menu > Email accounts > View/change existing
address books / directories > Click Next > Highlight Outlook Address Book >
Click Change. Remove the 'bad' contact folder there.

Thanks...but it didn't seem to solve the problem. I still have two "contact"
lists (one indicates it's under my name, the other as a personal folder).
And when I go to send a new e-mail...I still don't get sent to the correct
contact list.

Remove the Outlook Address Book service from your mail profile, stop and
restart Outlook, then readd the service. However, since you don't state
your Outlook version, no one can tell you exactly how.
