Duplicate Calendars - Shared Functional Mailbox

Duplicate calendars are appearing in the folder list for all users connected
to this box. This does not occur each day...seems to be random. Exchange
admin can go in and delete additional calendars but they come back
eventually. Not always same number being created either. Some days there are
12 additional ones and I've seen them go up as high as 48. They are labelled
"Calendar1", "Calendar2", etc.

Permission issue?

Approx. 6 users are connecting to the shared box.
Thanks

MS does not monitor these groups except for individuals who chose to do so
on their own time.

You have provided no information to be helpful in diagnosing the problem.

Outlook Version? Exchange Version? Blackberries involved? Version of
Blackberry Enterprise server, if any? Variable between where it happens and
where it doesn't?

| Anyone? No one from MS has seen this before?

Ok Milly. Point taken.

Outlook version is 2002-SP3
Exchange version is 2000.
No Blackberries or portable units of any kind involved.

Thanks for the response.

If you remove delegate access from a selected user who has had this problem for a day, does the problem still occur? What do you show in AD for permissions for that group?
