Duplex question re HP 2300D

I have a 1 page document.

I want to print it on both sides of the same sheet but haven't found a way
to do this without manual intervention.

If I select "print on both sides" and x copies, the duplex reloads the page
but I get a blank sheet on the reverse side. And of course the print run
takes twice as long without the benefit!

So the only way I have been able to achieve this is by printing x copies on
side 1 and then manually reload the sheets into tray 1 and repeat.

Is there a way I can get the duplex function to print page 1 on the reverse
as well?

I realise that I could make a duplicate of page 1 on page 2 of the document
but as I frequently edit small details it becomes tedious to have to edit
both pages.

Thanks for any info.

What OS are you using and what WP program are you using? Would be a lot of
help in trying to help....

Hi Quadrajet1

Thanks for replying. Sorry for leaving out this necessary info!

I'm using MS Word (Office XP) running under Win XP Pro.

The easiest would be to copy and paste your one page document to be a 2 page
document, with both pages the same. Then print using the duplexer.

The easiest way is to simply print the page then turn the page over and
re-feed it thru the printer and re-print the document on the other side.
