Hiya.
I will try and make this clear. I wanted to attach a file in Hotmail but
when I clicked 'Browse' to search under 'My Documents' (where the files are),
that directory was not listed. I decided to move the 'Ny Documents' folder to
the C:/ directory. Unfortunately, it moved 'all' of my files while the
original 'My Documents' directory is still there.
Under 'Browse,' hotmail only shows history, desktop, my computer, a: drive,
c: drive, d: drive, and my network places.
The 'double' folders are $AVG8.Vault$, Documents and Settings, My albums, My
documents, my files, my music, my pictures, my received files, my videos, my
webs, program files, recycler, security, system volume information, temp, and
WinNT.
How do I remove these folders from 'one directory' without them also being
deleted from 'the other?'
I hope that makes sense!
When I added 'My Documents' under C:/, I was able to attach the folder
because C:/ was listed under 'Browse.'
How do I get rid of all the duplicate folders/files under either My
Documents or C drive?
