The original post was in Office setup. (same date 20 min
ago. The way I came in Office was the only choice.

When I start Outlook 2003 Pro A dialog box appears that I
must click that says "Connection Details Server name is
NULL - Port is 3268 - User name is NULL". I click ok (that
is the only option) it runs fine. It did it in Beta and
now I have the retail, it still does it.

Thanks for your time

Question of the week:
How To Manage General Information For Multiple Contacts
www.sparnaaij.net

I did that and lost all data. I recreated my email
accounts but I lost my address book. I did system restore
to get it all back. It did work though. I guest I must
backup my address book and restore it to the new account.
Do you know of a good way to do this.

Thanks for your help

Bill

When you create a new mail profile you need to save your pst-file and
reconnect it to Outlook and set is as your default delivery location. When
you save your contacts in the Contacts folder the Address Book and the
Contacts folder are the same. Otherewise you saved them in a pab file. If
this is the case import them into your Contacts folder as the pab-file
became obsolete since Outlook 2000 and is only there for backward
compatibility.

If you are using the Contacts folder but don't see them in the Address Book
you'll need to add the service in Tools-> E-mail Accounts and set the
Outlook Address Book option on the properties of the Contacts folder.
