dun wont work

I can not use the DUN wizard to set up a new DUN...when i
try the wizard it only gives me the option to create an
internet connection or to connect to another computer...is
there an update to the DUN for W2k
 
yes...it was working before...i can dial out with my modem
but i can not add a dun via the wizard...
