dumpel.exe and double tab

Has anyone run accross a problem with the resource kit tool dumpel.exe
with
tabbed dumps?

I have found if you dump (for example) the system log to a file using
tab
delimiters and their is a user account in the event user it places a
double
tab after the account and not a single tab ?

This happens with both the W2K & NT4 tools and you even get a double
",," if
you use comma delimited....

Has any one else had this issue or got work arrounds....

Hi Jens-Peter,

I _guess_ you could parse the output through a FOR /F loop and
substitute double tabs for single tabs (but that may have side-
effects).

You might be better-off using DumpEvt.
