Dumped memory... now it is having problems and keeps dumping memory

A few weeks one of our Pocket PC's (HP i1910) lost power and it dumped the memory. Since then this person's Pocket PC keeps dumping the memory and it is having problems with the time of the appointments in Outlook. He is currently using PPC 2002/ ActiveSync 3.

When his assistant puts in an appointment, she will put it in correctly, it shows up on his PPC and Outlook an hour later than it is suppose to. We have gone and checked the times all of the laptops, PPC and her desktop and it is all correct.

Can anyone tell me why this is doing this? Thanks.
 
Just making sure you aren't making the same mistake I once did, but did you
also check the "Daylight Savings Time" boxes on all of the machines?
