Why are there always those 2 files in every picture directory. Thumbnail.db
and Album.db and is there a way to turn those off from showing in the display?

One possible way to hide the files would be to
open a folder and go to...Tools / Folder Options /
View tab...Tick..."Do not show hidden files and
folders" / Apply / OK.

I have no info on album.db but I suspect you
have a library type program that is creating
those files.
