dumb question....but will ask anyway

For some reason all of a sudden when i'm on a site that
has "moving" emoticons...they don't move anymore. Why is
that and does anyone have a solution to this problem.

I didn't see a dumb question, but there was at least one uncooperative,
unhelpful and particularly ignorant answer <g>

Where did I say it was? It was not a reply to the original poster was it?
