Ryan

I've done everything I can to get Dues Ex running but
nothing works. Here's the info: i have a 2 gig Amd, 512
mb of RAM, more than enough free space on hard drive, S3
prosavage video card with brand new drivers, and direct
x9. Every time I click on the icon to play the game I
get an error message asking me to make sure I 1. have a
supported video card 2. have current video drivers 3.
have all required shader files & 4. have all required
texture data.

In think that #s 1. and 2. cannot be the problem because
i play many other games, but I just don't know what to do.
PLEASE HElP

Hi Ryan,

You're not going to like me, or rather what I'm about to type..

I checked the system requirements, and I don't think the prosavage chipset
meets the requirement of a "32 MB 100% DirectX 9.x compatible 3D graphics card".
It doesn't even have it's own RAM, it shares RAM with the rest of the system. :-s

System Requirements:

Intel Pentium IV 1.3ghz (or AMD Athlon XP equivalent); Windows 98SE/2000/XP
(95/NT not supported); 256 MB System RAM;

32 MB 100% DirectX 9.x compatible 3D graphics cards;

100% DirectX 9.x compatible-Compatible Sound Card;
Quad Speed (4X) CD-ROM drive; 2GB free disk space;
100% Windows 98SE/2000/XP compatible mouse and keyboard

Don't just take my word for it though, contact Dues Ex support as well.
