Dual processor

HI,

On four Compaq Proliants with two processors installed the
system summary of W2k shows four processors.
The Compaq diagnostic tool shows the right number
What causes this behaviour?

HyperThreading CPU's. That's normal.

Are they Xeon Processors? I believe Win2K sees each of these as a dual
processor.
