Dual NIC & DHCP ?

Win2k server fully patched with two NICS. It's my DCHP server w/ one
nic w/ an external address and the other w/ an internal address. Am I
too assume the interal (private) NIC is the on that would be giving out
DCHP addresses? Reason being, is clients are not picking up an address
when I do "ipconfig /renew".

Friday I switched out an NT4 server which was the old DCHP server and
replaced w/ WIn2K server which is the new DHCP server. A few people
picked up addresses in the LEASE POOL so I thought everything looked
good until today.

Checking cabling now....

Thanks. I ended up in frustration removing DHCP from the WIn2K server
and moving to a NT4 PDC server and everything's fine. Although I
ultimate would like DHCP to run elsewhere and this example might have
forced it. Thanks for the link.
