Hi everyone,

I'm running a dual desktop with two monitors. While I
run the presentation on the 2nd monitor, if I were to jump
to a different program on the primary monitor, the 2nd
monitor stops... The presentation comes to a hault until
I choose the program running on the 2nd monitor.

My question is.. Is there a way to make the presentation
continually run on the 2nd monitor and still use the
primary monitor for other uses.

Thanks,

Larry

update as soon as possible. From PowerPoint, choose "Help -> Check for

Hello,

PowerPoint does not have the built-in capability to allow a full-screen
slide show to continue to advance automatically when the show is not the
foreground application (does not have focus).

If you (or anyone else reading this message) feel strongly that PowerPoint
should include an option which allows full-screen slide shows to continue
running when they lose focus (without requiring an add-in or additional
software), don't forget to send your feedback (in YOUR OWN WORDS, please)
to Microsoft at:

As with all product suggestions, it's important that you not just state
your wish but also WHY it is important to you that your product suggestion
be implemented by Microsoft. Microsoft receives thousands of product
suggestions every day and we read each one but, in any given product
development cycle, there are only sufficient resources to address the ones
that are most important to our customers so take the extra time to state
your case as clearly and completely as possible.

IMPORTANT: Each submission should be a single suggestion (not a list of
suggestions).
