Dual Monitors

When I try to access Excel on my monitor, it loses the title bar up at the
top and I cannot move or work within Excel with my mouse. How do I bring the
window down without use of the title bar to grab?

What does that have to do with dual monitors?

Right-click on the excel placeholder on the start taskbar, choose move, use
the arrow keys in combination with the mouse pointer.
