Dual Monitors

Just Wondering if it is possible to have dual monitors on windows 2000
server.
have tryed multiple card positions ( isa, pci, agp) with both cards but
nothing.
the second card in device manager says :

failure to start card ( code 10 )

have d/loaded new drivers for cards

Both cards Are s3 64+ PCi
also tryed wif one pci and 1 agp and no diff
