Dual Monitors - logon prompts and other window pop ups how to move ?

I have dual Monitors set up horizontally. Windows
prompts come up centered between the two monitors. Is
there a windows setting I can change to make dialog boxes
and Windows login boxes come up centered on one monitor?
 
In the display settings tab unselect the "extend the taskbar to both
monitors" (or something similar) option.
