I just took a look at the manual.. you can download it too and look at the
"display matrix"
table on page 20 of the PDF

The FAQ on the link that you provide states that dual-monitor mode isn't
supported when you're using two cards in SLI.

Without SLI, you will be able to run a monitor off the VGA port and the DVI
one. I didn't check whether the DVI port is a DVI-I one, which would permit
the use of an adapter to use it with a second VGA monitor, but I expect that
it is.

I'm not sure about running a TV monitor off the S-Video simultaneously with
the regular graphics.

In the manual it says you can have TV and CRT or TV and DVI or CRT and DVI
but not all 3 at once
