Dual Monitor Settings changed

I have a user with 2 monitors and the resolution is set the way he wants it.
When he locks his computer or even when his screensaver locks it and he has
to unlock it, the resolution on his 2nd monitor has changed and he has to go
in and change it to the way he had previously set it. He has Windows XP.
Any ideas why it keeps changing on him?

Try downloading the "Exhibitor" from WM downloads/enterprise.The exhibitor
is specifically for useing 2 monitors in xp.

Are the monitors the same? Is the problem monitor-specific? Try swapping
the monitors, plugging one in where the other is, then try to duplicate the
problem. This may help you isolate the source. Also, check the event
logs.
