We are implementing terminal server (Windows 2003) to eliminate bandwidth problems in our WAN environment with over thousand remote users. Everything is ready but one road blocker stopping this project going alive.
Currently, our users are using dual screens/monitors computers. Users launch one application, and select certain PDF file to view. The application occupies one screen and the other screen (slave) just displays the selected PDF file. We using Pivot software to make the second screen vertical, so it will display the entire letter size page
Now, we are able to run this application in Terminal Server environment correctly, but we could not use both screens/monitors as they are in the non-terminal server environment
We have been searching for the solutions for months and could not find a way to resolve this issue
Is it possible to make an RDP/terminal session with 768x2048 resolution? The local PC has this resolution, which is two 768x1024 screens combined. When connect to terminal server, the RDP session could only go for 768x1600. We need 768x2048
Thank you in advance
