Dual-monitor Display Adapter?

I want to buy a Dual-monitor capable Display Adapter and I was totally
confused by the different types of video cards on the ATI website:

This is what I want:
1. Able to connect 2 flat panel or VGA monitors (Should come with a VGA
adapter in case I want to connect a VGA monitor).
2. I use the usual MS Office type of software - no special enhanced graphics
needs.
3. Good quality, brand name and low price.

Please save me from researching products and recommend a specific
model/brand. 10 dollars here or there does not matter, I just want to buy
something today.
