dual head video card

Dear m-p-win2k-g,

looking for purchase suggestions...

Using Win2k sp3
VIA P4 M2 66 (CPU)
478 socket
512 MB RAM

1 VGP 2x/4x slot

DFE-530TX+ network card

I would like to upgrade the video card to at least a dual head.
I don't run games on this machine, but I do some mini-DV video
editing.

Are there any models that also have s-video out and can transcode
with hardware? I want to at least run 2 monitors off one video
card.

I've checked the Matrox, Asus, and nVidia sites but I never seem
to settle on a single model.
