I have two hard drives in my computer, one that came with the computer and
one I pulled from my old computer. Both drives have XP pro installed. The
jumpers are installed correctly and everything works just fine, but, the old
system had 4 different log-ons, one of which was password protected. I can't
access the my documents file because of this. Is there a way to access the
my documents folder for that user? Thanks.

"In solving a problem of this sort, the grand thing is to be able to reason
backwards. That is a very useful accomplishment, and a
very easy one, but people do not practise it much. In the every-day affairs
of life it is more useful to reason forwards, and so
the other comes to be neglected. There are fifty who can reason
synthetically for one who can reason analytically." - Sherlock

You need to disable Simple File Sharing and take ownership of the files. Take a
look at these articles for more info:
