I don't think this is possible but I am trying to figure a
way around changing my W2k Domain. Is there anyway I
could use nesting or something to make second domain but
have them link up. Like Corp.1st.com-->|
|
V
Corp.2nd.com
Then have it appear to everyone that we are using the 2nd
domain instead of the first.

Create a Single Domain Tree with Two Domains in Windows 2k

us;317696&Product=win2000

Maybe something similar to this but I want it to appear
like we are using the child domain.

Is this possible?

Sure.

Create a child domain that is called 2nd, and then, use the version of the
ADMT included with Windows 2003 to move all your security principals
(computers, accounts, groups, etc) from the old to the new.

Just create the 2nd domain as a new domain in an existing forest and move the users over to the new domain.
