I have a serious issue, which I can't seem to find an answer to anywhere. I use a Laptop, an IBM Thinkpad. I use a wireless connection at one of my work places. It runs on a domain name server. I am also employed elsewhere which uses ethernet connection for another domain name server. Is it possible that I can have the flexibility of logging into which ever domain I want whenever I want. As in:
username:
password:
domainchoice of work1,work2, or the computer itself)
I have tried to before since they both run using different devices (wireless and ethernet), but I have to make changes in Control Panel->System->Computer Name and change the Network domain I'm on to be able to log on to it. However, when I do this, the last domain that was registered is erased and replaced with the new one. So I end up with:
username:
password:
domainlast domain registered in control panel->system, this computer)
and then I have to restore the system. I realise I can keep doing this as I move from domain to domain, but it is quite tedious.
Any hints?
