Dual display with pci video card

hello,

I purchased an ATI Mach64 pci video card, which is
apparantly supported by windows 2000. I'm trying to get
this card to support a second monitor on my system (my
primary card is a ti 4600), however, in device manager im
getting the error "this device can not start (error code
10)". Any ideas on how to go about solving this problem?

any help would be appreciated.

Problem solved, I had to set my pci card to initialize
first in the bios.
