DUAL DDR Question

I am purchasing the new Chaintech Zenith 9CJS. I have not built a computer
since the old SDRAM days and now I see there is a migration again to Dual
RAM. Does it matter what type of PC3200 RAM I buy? Do I need to purchase
DDR RAM that are specified for Dual DDR or can I just buy any two sticks of
DDR PC3200 (400 Mhz). I'm looking at buying the GEIL memory in newegg.com.

Also what does the CAS 2 6-3-3 stand for? Should I be looking for a
specific one if I want better performance?

Thanks,
Radley

you do not need to use dual ram if you do not want to, it is suppose to
give a bit more spped to the computer.
I have heard that some PC3200 chips will not work with dual system and
you need them to be the same.
My mother can cope with this duel ram thing, but I only got one 512MB
stick in it.

I copied this from the Crucial website as they can explain this better
than me.

CAS latency,"number of clock cycles it takes before data starts to flow
once a command is received. Low CAS latency is faster than high CAS latency
