dual booting deleting

i used multiple operating systems winn2000 ME and 95 and
tried a XPdemo on 2 hard drives. I deleted 2 operating
systems but they still show up on my boot up option on
start up. how do i remove the 2 operating systems from my
boot up choices. it boots to a operating system i no
longer use and causes my computer to lock up i using ME
and 2000 now everthing is ok as long as i choose what
operating system to boot 2.
