I would like to add server 2003 to the 100 gigs of free space left on my pc here at home. Should I use partition magic and make a new partition and add it their? I would love to set this up with dual boot in order to study for my 2003 certs! I purchached this pc with XP home edition (stop laughing) and want to know is this possible without wiping the drive and starting over? I appreciate any advice at this point. Thanks for your time

Dave

Hi,

You would have to create a new partition in order to install the second operating system. This can
be done non-destructively by using any third-party partitioning tool such as BootIT NG
(www.bootitng.com) After that you may run the usual setup for Windows Server 2003 and choose to
install in in the new partition.
