Dual Boot Windows 2000 and Windows XP

Hello,

When attempting to put Windows 2000 on a Windows XP
machine on a separate primary partition I get the
following error message.

"This CD-ROM is from an older version of Windows than the
one you are presently using.

Setup functionality from this disk will be disabled".

Thanks in advance for any help with this.
