Dual boot win2k

Can anyone please tell me how to Dual boot a win2k PC with WIN98 SE

The units I want to update already have WIN98 on them, Is that a problem?

The Ideal way to do this is to have the older OS installed first, have a
second partition to install Win 2k on, from within Win 98 start setup and
perform a new install to the second partition. The boot menu is
automatically set up for you.
