Dual boot, two languages, two countries, licensing issues?

Current main software in use: Windows XP and MS Office. Now on the
verge of migrating to Vista.
Dual boot US XP & Office / Czech XP & Office. I use both partitions
sometimes in Prague and sometimes in Washington.
Originally I had a tower which I shipped by air freight: hassles and
expense are obvious. Then I changed to an HP Pavilion dv9000 laptop.
Transport is prompt and easy, BUT I’ve had endless problems in using a
laptop as a desktop, so it’s not something I want to repeat.
Tentative plan: Tower A is in Washington, tower B in Prague. I have
the software on CDs. Install on A and use it in Washington. Copy my
data. Then switch off and store A. Go to Prague and install on B.
Reverse the process when I return to Washington.
Do I hit a licensing issue?

Not if you have valid licences for each o/s.

OK, so I buy one Vista CD in the US, install the OS on tower A and
activate it. Then I take the same Cd to Prague, install on tower B and
activate it. At that time do I get the activation refused because I
already activated the OS on tower A?

You need to purchase a second Windows Vista license
for the second installation if the original installation
on "tower A" is still installed.

But suppose I unistall it on Tower A? Is there a deactiation process
which would then allow me to install and activate it on different
machine?

If you were to uninstall Vista from "tower A", then you can
proceed to activate Vista on "tower B" as follows:

You can reset your Windows Vista activation by performing the following:

1. Click on the Start button and in the Start Search box type in: slui.exe 4

2. Press the Enter key on your keyboard.

3. Select your Country.

4. Follow the instructions for phone activation (no charge).

5. Once completed, restart your computer.

6. Then visit: http://www.microsoft.com/Genuine/ and click on "Validate Windows".
