dual boot OS of xp pro and vista ultimate

Anyone offer suggestions on how to access all programs on both OS's without
installing programs on both operating systems. Any help would be appreciated

This is a newsgroup about .NET coding, not for stupid OS problems.

To answer you question: This is not possible. You will need to install most
of the programs in both operating systems.
