If one of the other OS's is Linux then most distros have a boot manager
included, usually GRUB or LILO. If not you''l need a 3rd party boot manager.

linux will not be one of the os's. Which will be the best 3rd party boot
manager should i use?

I haven't used this program but I have used Acronis True Image for many
years. Their tech support has been good and TI has functioned exactly as
advertised. I am confident that the Disk Director Suite would be a good
program and accomplish what you desire. There may be other equally as good
free alternatives but as I have no direct experience I can't recommend them.
Maybe someone else will pipe up with a recommendation.
